Pickup Option

You can pick up your order for free in person in St-Alphonse-de-Granby.

Before proceeding to checkout, use the “Notes” section in your shopping cart to let me know:

In the payment window, use the code PICKUP. This will waive the shipping fee.

For your peace of mind, I document every step. I’ll keep you updated via email:

I’ll send you a photo of your package being prepared.
Once it’s ready, I’ll also share a photo as proof when the package is dropped off at Canada Post

This allows you to track your shipment even before you receive the tracking number, when applicable.

Shipping costs can be combined for multiple items (up to 400 g*) Feel free to check out my other items!

*Additional fees apply based on the total weight of your package. I follow Canada Post’s guidelines.

I use Canada Post to ship orders.

Please note that I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by Canada Post once they have been shipped.

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) from the date of payment.

Please note that this timeframe allows for careful and secure packaging to ensure your item arrives safely. We use padded envelopes.

For all orders of 150 CAD or more: shipping with mandatory tracking number
For all orders of 500 CAD or more: shipping with tracking number and mandatory signature

All customs duties, taxes, or similar fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
