Pickup Option

You can pick up your order for free in person, in St-Alphonse-de-Granby.

Before proceeding to payment, use the "Notes" section in your cart to indicate:

• your availability
• or any useful information (e.g., preferred time)

In the payment window, use the code RAMASSAGE. This will remove shipping fees.

Once your order is ready, I will contact you by email to arrange a convenient time for you to pick it up. Please check your emails! 😊

Delivery Option

📸 Visual Tracking

For your peace of mind, I document every step. I communicate with you via email:

• I send you a photo of your package preparation.
• Once ready, I also share a photo proof when the package is dropped off at Canada Post

This allows you to concretely track your shipment even before receiving a tracking number, when applicable.

Consolidated Shipments:

Shipping fees can be combined for multiple items (up to 400 g*) Feel free to check out my other items!

*additional charges apply based on the total weight of your package. I use the Canada Post chart.

Shipping Service:

I use Canada Post for sending orders.

Please note that I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by Canada Post once they have been shipped.

Processing Time:

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) from the date of payment.

Please note that this timeframe allows for careful and secure packaging to ensure the proper receipt of your item. We use padded envelopes.

• For any order of $150 CAD or more: shipment with mandatory tracking number
• For any order of $500 CAD or more: shipment with mandatory tracking number and signature

All customs duties, taxes, or similar fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
